  • All products will be shipped within 48 hours of the purchase. If products are purchased on Saturday or Sunday, the products will be shipped the following week.

  • An email confirmation will be sent immediately after your order is placed. This email will have your order number and confirms we received your order.

    A second email confirmation will be sent once your products have shipped. This email will contain a tracking number as well. If it's been over 48 hours and you have not received a confirmation email, please email us at help@esteemsl.com. Please include your order number in the subject of the email and provide your full name in the email.

  • We're sorry to hear you're not satisfied with your products. Please email us at returns@esteemsl.com for further assistance. In the email, please provide your name and order number. We accept returns within 20 days of purchase.

  • We're sorry to hear that you received a damaged item. We would be happy to make this right. Please email us at help@esteemsl.com. In the email, please provide your name, order number and pictures of the damaged item.

  • All Esteem Maison products are developed, formulated, and manufactured in the USA.

  • We are currently only shipping throughout the United States and to Canada. We plan to add international shipping soon.

  • What’s the difference between Raw Shea Butter and Enhanced Shea Butter?Raw Shea Butter is pure organic Shea Butter, Enhanced Shea Butter is raw organic shea butter with added oils for additional skin hydration and UV protection

    Is Enhanced Shea Butter safe to apply to the face?
    While all the ingredients are safe for your face, we recommend applying our raw shea butter to your face. The additional oils in the enhanced shea butter may increase the likelihood of clogging pores.

    Is Body Butter greasy?
    While our body butter contains many oils that supercharge your skin. It may appear oily or greasy when first applied but it quickly dissipates once it soaks into your skin (approximately 5 minutes) leaving your skin hydrated and glowing without an oily feeling

  • What are the benefits of Shea Butter?
    Raw Shea Butter is powerhouse! It’s good for dry skin, cracked skin, tattoos, reducing the visibility of stretch marks and scars, acne, eczema, psoriasis, sun damage and sun burn, wrinkles, age spots, blemishes, chapped lips, bald heads, shaving irritation and bumps, itchy skin and insect bites – It can help with almost anything skin related

    Is Shea Butter safe to apply to your face?
    Yes shea butter can be used on your face but we recommend only using it a few times per week. While shea butter is non-comedogenic, meaning it won’t clog your pores, it’s still can overwhelm the pores leading to blockage if used too frequently. Everyone’s skin is different so if you have sensitive skin or heavy acne, we recommend testing a small amount or consulting a dermatologist.

    How to store natural raw Shea Butter?
    Store raw shea butter at room temperature in it’s original packaging in a dry cool place and out of sunlight. Raw Shea Butter will harden in the fridge and melt in the heat. Hardening or melting will not affect the product but will make it more difficult to apply.

    Is all Shea Butter the same?
    No all Shea Butter is not the same. Shea Butter in most products is refined, which is the process of removing the natural color and scent with high heat and chemicals, resulting in a white product that contains fewer natural healing and moisturizing properties compared to raw shea butter. Raw Shea butter should be a yellowish hue and it’s normal for there to be variations in color due to the fact that it’s a 100% natural product.

  • When purchasing your products, select the "subscribe" option.

  • You can select to have products shipped every 30 days, every 60 days or every 90 days.

  • Setting up the subscription will ensure you're never without your favorite Esteem Maison products. Subscribing saves you money, as we offer a 10% discount on all subscriptions.

  • You can purchase as many units as you would like and we will ship the same number every month. You can adjust the unit number on the order for the subscription in the manage subscription section on our website.

  • The first order will be shipped within 48 hours. Subsequent orders will ship on the same day you signed up for your subscription. If your first purchase is on the 3rd, your products will ship on the 3rd of the month (frequency depends on selection).

  • We will send out an email with a tracking number the day your products ship.

  • Yes, the subscription option is available for the bundles and the 10% discount applies.

  • Subscriptions are already discounted by 10%, so additional promo codes can not be used for subscriptions.
