Esteem Maison will accept returns within 30 days of purchase if you’re not satisfied with the products. Please email us at returns@esteemsl.com to begin the returns process. In the email, please provide your name, order number, and reason for return. Please include your order number in the subject of the email.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive your email requesting a return, we will contact you via email within 72 hours. Refunds will be issued to your credit card or bank, depending on the initial method of payment. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process. If you have not received your refund with 10 business days, please send us an email at returns@esteemsl.com
