You may return products purchased from Esteemmaisonsl.com (excluding the Esteem Maison applicator). Apparel items must be unwashed and unworn to be eligible for a return. Returns must be received within 21 days of receiving your products for a full refund (less shipping charges when applicable). Please email us at returns@esteemsl.com to begin the return process. In the email, please provide your name, order number, and reason for return. Please include your order number in the subject of the email.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Esteem Maison’s return policy is only applicable to orders placed through esteemmaisonsl.com. If our products are purchased at one of our retail partners, we are unable to accept the returns directly. Please contact the retailer you purchased the product through

Once we receive your email requesting a return, we will contact you via email within 72 hours. Refunds will be issued to your credit card or debit card, depending on the initial method of payment. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process. If you have not received your refund with 10 business days, please send us an email at returns@esteemsl.com
